Nice resolution from friend's article (dr.Handry)..but its good for me also....
I wish I can do it well...yesh!And it may inspired you..my friends..:)
HEALTH:
01. Drink plenty of water.
02. Eat breakfast like a king,lunch like a prince and dinner like a beggar...whoops nop..reducing carbo.

03. Live with the 3 E's--Energy, Enthusiasm and Empathy.
04. Make time to pray.
05. Play more games...ups nop see more movies...
06. Read more books than I did in 2010.
07. Sit in silence for at least 10 minutes each day.
08. Sleep for 7 hours...but actually I've got insomniac..
..less than 4 hours a day....huhuhu.. 
09. Take a 10-30 minutes walk daily. And while I walk, smile.
PERSONALITY:
10. Don't over do. Keep my limits...yep..i can do it!
11. Don't take myself so.seriously. No one else does.
12. Dream more while I am awake...I like dreaming..hahay..
13. Envy is a waste of time.I already have all I need.
14. Forget issues of the past.Don't remind my partner with his/her mistakes of thepast. That will ruin my present happiness.
15. Life is too short to wastetime hating anyone. Don't hate others.
16. Make peace with my past so it won't spoil the present.
17. No one is in charge of my happiness except me.
18. Smile and laugh more.
19. I don't have to win every argument,Agree to disagree
SOCIETY:
20. Call my family often.
21. Each day give something good to others.
22. Forgive everyone for everything.
23. Spend time w/people over the age of 70 & under the age of 6...yup...my cousins and grandma's
24. Try to make at least three people smile each day...
25. What other people think of me is none of my business.
LIFE:
26. Do the right thing!
27. GOD heals everything.
28. However good or bad situation is, it will change..optimist!
29. No matter how I feel, get up, dress up and show up.
30. The best is yet to come..
31. When awake in the morning, thank GOD for it.
32. My Inner most is always happy. So, be happy.

Waaahhh..banyak ya mba resolusi'a. resolusi aku di tahun 2011, belum2 uda gagal mba. salah satu resolusi aku kan ga telat lg ke kantor & masuk trus tanpa absen. eh tapi hari pertama masuk kantor, uda telat dan harus ga masuk selama 1 minggu/lebih karena aku kena cacar air!!! huft..sebaaaaallll!!!! =(
